I hope you all had the best weekend! Mine was so full. I honestly wish I had an extra day to relax before the work week starts back up! Friday night we ran all of our errands, like grocery shopping (yuck!) and then Saturday we spent the day working on some homework.
Sunday we went to our friend’s gender reveal party which was so fun! I thought for sure it was going to be a girl but it ended up being a boy! We all got to shoot off confetti cannons which was so pretty but the Oregon rain came in right after and we all scrambled to clean up the confetti pieces. I’m sure it was a funny sight to see all of us out there running around with brooms and using our hands to scrape the wet confetti pieces off the driveway! They said next time maybe they will just do cupcakes! Haha!
I have been absolutely loving this Abercrombie ruffled dress I bought recently. It was a random selection on my way to the fitting room and I wasn’t really in love with it on the hanger. As soon as I put it on though, I had to have it. Those ruffles were just way too cute and I really don’t think I have anything in my closet that is this shade of blue. Out of everything I tried on, it was the only purchase I made. Funny how that works sometimes, right? I bought it in an XS but probably could have gone up to a S for the chest area. I just think it’s such a sweet dress and would be so perfect for a baby shower, bridal shower, or even a summer wedding. It comes in a couple other colors too if light blue isn’t your favorite!
