Floral and Ruffles

Happy Friday eve! I am sooo ready for the weekend and I’m excited that it’s Easter weekend too because…all the candy! It has felt like such a long week and to be honest I’ve been in kind of a funk. Work has been especially draining lately and we’ve been looking to adopt another dog and that’s not going very well so far. Really hoping a little bit of sunshine this weekend can help out with my mood. I’m meeting up with some friends on Saturday to take their kids to a local Easter egg hunt and so far we are supposed to have nice weather! So that’s something fun to look forward to!

I actually bought this floral and ruffle sleeved babydoll top a few years back and am super excited that the style is coming back! This top is originally from Nordstrom Rack and it’s the brand Chloe K. The sleeves are my absolute favorite part because I am obsessed with ruffle sleeves these days! The color is so pretty and I love the sweet floral pattern. Although I do think the top would look a lot better with white pants, I don’t actually own any! I am such a clumsy and messy person the thought of white jeans is terrifying. But I’d really like to try them because they are so adorable for Spring and look so nice with pastels.

These sandals are from target and I actually own them in three colors. They are so incredibly comfortable and the blush color is beautiful in person. I don’t think the blush shade is in stock currently but I also have the gold and black and they go with everything! I’m actually thinking of picking up the brown or tan color as well for this Summer since I pretty much lived in them last Summer.
